Troubles while making a reservation online
Alpico does not handle the operation of the reservation website. If you encounter issues like your card being denied, the reservation page loading slowly, not sure what to fill in the form, error occuring while proceeding, or being unable to proceed despite availability, etc., please reach out to Keio Dentetsu, which is the company that manages the reservation website, directly atinfo@highwaybus.comfor help.
We often receive inquiries about card denials, but when we test it, it usually works fine. So, please try using other cards or attempt booking later the next day or contact your card issuer.
When making a reservation online, if your country phone number has less than 9 digits, add a 0 at the beginning to meet the requirement (9-11 digits).
If you don’t see the bus you want to book on the booking website,it means that bus is full. Please choose another available bus.

Luggage Allowance
Regarding Bringing Skis, Snowboards, and Suitcases
For our overnight buses, we generally do not allow large items due to limited luggage space.
However, for theOsaka–Hakuba Express Busonly, we will accommodate skis and snowboards as much as possible.
Due to limited storage space, please note that we may not be able to accommodate all passengers' luggage.
As a guideline, if you have four or more pieces of luggage (including suitcases and skis), we recommend that you send any items from the fourth piece onward in advance by delivery service or buy an extra seat (at the child fare price) to place your luggage on. Please note that the number of items indicated is for guidance only and does notguarantee that your luggage can be loaded onto the bus. If you are concerned, we recommend sending your luggage in advance or reserving an extra seat for it.
As luggage space on the overnight bus is small, large items may be placed in designated areas inside the bus.
Loading and unloading of luggage is generally the responsibility of the passenger. (Staff may assist in some cases.)
Space is limited, and your luggage may be stacked with other passengers’ items. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage, staining, or loss.
Skis, snowboards, boots, etc. must be packed in a proper cover or bag.
Items within the limits below may be brought onboard free of charge.

This bus typically has a restroom onboard. However, on some additional buses or due to inspection schedules, there is a possibility that there may not have restroom available. Whether they have restrooms or not, there is usually a restroom break at a service area or parking area.
