Baggage Delivery to the Alpine Route (1/3)

Please bring your luggage to the reception at the time of check-in. For example, if you leave your luggage at the front desk on April 15, it will be delivered to your next destination on April 16. Same-day delivery is not available.

Our staff will check your destination and calculate the delivery cost. This process takes about 20 minutes, so please allow some extra time when you check in (around 30 minutes if you are dropping it off at check-out).
