If you board the bus at a stop without a ticket counter, please purchase your ticket on board directly from the driver, using cash or a Visa contactless card. (IC cards such as SUICA are not accepted.)
We normally add extra buses on busy days, but still cannot guarantee a seat for everyone. So if you are worried, please line up to board the bus early.

Ticket Purchase

This is a non-reserved bus; it is not possible to purchase or reserve tickets in advance.
Please purchase your bus ticket on the day of travel and then join the boarding queue. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis, and purchasing a ticket does not guarantee that you will be able to board your preferred service.
If you board the bus at a stop without a ticket counter, you can buy your ticket from the bus driver when boarding, using cash or Visa contactless card. (IC cards such as SUICA are not accepted.)

If the schedule for next year is not yet available, please be patient for its release. We kindly ask that you refrain from inquiring about the release of the new timetable, as we cannot provide more details than what is available on the timetable page.
The timetable is not expected to change significantly from last year, so please refer to the timetable from the previous year until the updated one becomes available.

Group Reservation

We do not accept reservation requests, regardless of the number of passengers or requests from travel agencies.

Luggage Allowance: This bus has a luggage compartment where you can stow your suitcases. There are no restrictions on the number or size of items.

About Tateyama Route Option Ticket

You cannot board the bus by just showing the QR code.
Seat reservations are also not available. If the bus is full, please wait for the next available bus.

Boarding the bus between Shinano-Omachi Station and Holiday Inn Resore Kuroyon: You cannot board the bus between Shinano-Omachi Station and Holiday Inn Resort Kuroyon. Please use the Shinano Omachi – Ogisawa Line for this section.

Age 0: Free of charge. However, if a child occupies a seat, a child fare ticket is required. Please note that by law, children are counted as passengers even when they do not occupy a seat (e.g., when sitting on a parent’s lap). If all seats are taken and a child does not have their own seat and ticket, this will be considered over capacity, and boarding may be denied.
Age 1-12: Child fare (half of adult price)
Age 13+: Adult Fare
