Onboard Facilities
This bus does not have a restroom onboard.
This bus is not equipped with a wheelchair lift or designated wheelchair space, so it cannot accommodate passengers who wish to remain in their wheelchair during the journey. Please fold your wheelchair and store it in the bus's luggage compartment. Kindly note that unfolded wheelchairs cannot be accepted.
There is no ticket office in Karuizawa. If seats are still available, you can buy a ticket directly from the driver. (However, at Matsumoto Bus Terminal, please purchase your ticket at the ticket counter.)
