- We often receive inquiries about card denials, but when we test it, it usually works fine. So, please try using other cards or attempt booking later the next day or contact your card issuer.

- If you don’t see the bus you want to book on the booking website, it means that bus is full. Please choose another available bus.
- The online reservation system and the ticket counter share the same seat availability. If online bookings show no available seats, the ticket counter will have the same status.
- To check seat availability for the reserved bus, please visit the reservation page. If the bus is fully booked, you will see indicators such as “×”, “No Seat Available”, or “Not Available”. We will not answer to the inquiries about the seat availability.

There are no specific size or number restrictions for suitcases, but we strongly recommend bringing up to two items in total. Possible combinations include:
- 1 suitcase + 1 pair of skis
- 2 suitcases
- The bus trunk has limited storage space, and we may not be able to accommodate all luggage. If you have more than two pieces of luggage, we recommend using a delivery service to send your extra items to your hotel in advance.
For overnight bus
- Skis, snowboards, and bicycles are not allowed, even in the trunk.
- For suitcases, there are no specific size or number restrictions, but we strongly recommend bringing only one suitcase. If the bus trunk becomes full, we may not be able to store additional luggage.
- If you have two or more pieces of luggage, we recommend using a delivery service to send them to your hotel in advance.
For Keio Bus
- Each passenger can check one suitcase or one pair of skis (or one snowboard).
- A second piece of luggage may be accepted only if there is space available in the trunk on the day
- No size restrictions for checked suitcases.
- Skis and snowboards must be placed in a cover bag.

- This bus service operates year-round, with only minor changes to the schedule compared to last year. Until the updated timetable is released, you may refer to last year's schedule as a guide.

This bus typically has a restroom onboard. However, on some additional buses or due to inspection schedules, there is a possibility that there may not have restroom available. Whether they have restrooms or not, there is usually a restroom break at a service area or parking area.

**Only one-way tickets are available; there is no round-trip fare.
**An extra separate fee (1,400 yen per person) is required when getting on the late night bus (departing from Shinjuku at 23:05 and 23:15).
Children’s fares
- 13 years and older: Adult fare
- 6 to 12 years old: Child fare (You can check the exact fare at the time of booking.)
- Under 6 years old: No reservation is needed if the child does not occupy a seat.
However, children under 6 still count as passengers. If the bus reaches full capacity, they may not be allowed to board unless they have a ticket. To ensure a seat and avoid any issues, we recommend purchasing a child fare ticket, even if the child will sit on a parent’s lap. This option is also safer and more comfortable for the child.
