- This bus can be reserved 1 month prior to the travel date.
- Please purchase your ticket online.
- Only one bus departs at each scheduled time.
- We do not accept reservation via phone or email.
- If seats are available on the day of travel, you may purchase a ticket from the ticket counter.
- Troubles while making a reservation online

- Alpico does not handle the operation of the reservation website. If you encounter issues like your card being denied, the reservation page loading slowly, not sure what to fill in the form, error occuring while proceeding, or being unable to proceed despite availability, etc., please reach out to Keio Dentetsu, which is the company that manages the reservation website, directly at info@highwaybus.com for help.
- We often receive inquiries about card denials, but when we test it, it usually works fine. So, please try using other cards or attempt booking later the next day or contact your card issuer.
- When making a reservation online, if your country phone number has less than 9 digits, add a 0 at the beginning to meet the requirement (9-11 digits).
- If you don’t see the bus you want to book on the booking website, it means that bus is full. Please choose another available bus.
- The online reservation system and the ticket counter share the same seat availability. If online bookings show no available seats, the ticket counter will have the same status.
- To check seat availability for the reserved bus, please visit the reservation page. If the bus is fully booked, you will see indicators such as “×”, “No Seat Available”, or “Not Available”. We will not answer to the inquiries about the seat availability.

- Luggage

For Daytime Buses:
- Daytime buses have a luggage compartment for storing suitcases, with no limits on the number or size of items.
For Night Buses:
- While there are generally no limits on the number or size of items you can check in, all luggage is subject to available space. Most of the time, we can accommodate all passengers’ belongings.
- However, if the luggage space is full, we may have to decline additional items. If you're concerned about this, we recommend sending your luggage ahead via a courier service whenever possible.
- Alternatively, you can reserve an extra seat at the child fare to secure space for your belongings. Please note that if there is extra space available in the bus's trunk on the day of travel, the luggage seat fee cannot be refunded.

- We apologize for any inconvenience. We cannot provide the release date for the timetable. The schedule will be posted on the timetable page once it has been confirmed. (around mid-November)
- If the winter schedule is not yet available, we kindly ask for your patience. Please refrain from inquiring about the release date, as we cannot offer additional details beyond what is provided on the timetable page.
- This bus service operates year-round, with only minor changes to the schedule compared to last year. Until the updated timetable is released, you may refer to last year's schedule as a guide.

This bus typically has a restroom onboard. However, on some additional buses or due to inspection schedules, there is a possibility that there may not have restroom available. Whether they have restrooms or not, there is usually a restroom break at a service area or parking area.

**Only one-way tickets are available; there is no round-trip fare.
**An extra separate fee (1,400 yen per person) is required when getting on the late night bus (departing from Shinjuku at 23:05 and 23:15).
Children’s fares
- 6 years and older: Adult fare
- 1 to under 6 years old: Child fare (Half of adult fare)
- Under 1 year old: Travel free if not occupying a seat. However, they count as passengers and may be refused boarding if capacity is reached. Therefore, if the maximum capacity is reached, we reserve the right to refuse boarding for children not paying fares. It’s recommended to purchase a ticket (child fare) even if the child won’t occupy it.

- For reserved buses, please buy your ticket online (credit card) or from the bus driver when you board (cash or contactless Visa credit card).
- Please note that the Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal is NOT operated by Alpico. The ticketing hours may be changed. For the most updated info, please inquiry at the bus terminal directly.
