About our drivers
While our drivers may not be fluent in English, some have undergone English language training. We prioritize assigning these drivers to serve foreign guests. In case of communication difficulties, we will use a translation app to assist with communication.
In case of a delayed flight or train
Our drivers will monitor your flight status and wait for you at the pick-up location based on your actual arrival time. If you know your flight will be delayed or arrive early, please inform us, and we will do our best to adjust accordingly. In such cases, additional parking fees or other expenses may apply.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi available (excluding UD and sedan taxis), but limited in quantity.
Meeting Point
The driver will meet you with a name sign at the airport, station ticket gate, or agreed location. Details will be provided in your reservation confirmation.
Child Seats
While child seats are not required by Japanese law, we can provide them upon request.

Toll fares are included in the above price list.
Entrance fees to tourist attractions (e.g., Matsumoto Castle) are not included.
Cancellation Policy
Pick-up time changes are not allowed on the day of service.
Arrive at the meeting point with plenty of time. If more than 30 minutes pass after the scheduled pick-up time, your reservation will be canceled.
Schedule changes may occur due to weather or traffic.

3 days before: No charge
2-1 days before: 50% of total fare
Same day: 100%

Review the Reservation Confirmation. Use the provided link to make your payment with a Visa or Mastercard. Once payment is complete, please inform us via email.
STEP6ALPICO TAXI
Once we confirm your payment, we will send you an updated Reservation Confirmation, which will also serve as your receipt.
STEP7CUSTOMER
Review and confirm the final Reservation Confirmation to complete your reservation.
