Pay in advance by credit card. A payment link will be sent after booking. We don't accept payment by cash on the day.

While our drivers may not be fluent in English, some have undergone English language training. We prioritize assigning these drivers to serve foreign guests. In case of communication difficulties, we will use a translation app to assist with communication.

The driver will wait for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time. If 60 minutes pass from the pick-up time, your reservation will be canceled. However, if there is a transportation delay (e.g., flight or train), we will track the flight or train number provided at the time of booking and adjust the pick-up time accordingly.

Free Wi-Fi available (excluding UD and sedan taxis), but limited in quantity.

The driver will meet you with a name sign at the airport, station ticket gate, or agreed location. Details will be provided in your reservation confirmation.

While child seats are not required by Japanese law, we can provide them upon request.

• Toll fares are included in the above price list.
• Entrance fees to tourist attractions are not included (e.g., Matsumoto Castle).

Changes to Pick-Up Time:

• You cannot change the pick-up time within 3 days prior to departure.

Driver Waiting Time:

Cancellation Charges:

• 8 days before: No charge
• 7-2 days before: 40% of total fare
• 1 day before: 50% of total fare
• Same day: 100% of total fare
