This bus has a luggage compartment where you can stow your suitcases. There are no restrictions on the number or size of items.
Items such as ice axes, poles, skis, snowboards, pickaxes can potentially damage other passengers’ luggage. Please store them inside your backpack or carry them separately in a dedicated cover or bag.
Bicycles can be stored in the trunk and should be disassembled and packed in a dedicated bag for assembly-type bicycles or in a specific bag for folding bicycles. (Bicycles that cannot be disassembled or folded are not allowed on board.)
The Airport Shuttle Bus timetable may change depending on the flight schedule.
Departure times for Airport Shuttle Buses from the airport may be adjusted according to the status of arriving flights.
When the Airport Shuttle is not operating, please use the regular route bus “Airport–Imai Line,” which runs every 30 to 80 minutes.
Arrival times may be delayed due to traffic or road conditions. We cannot compensate for missed flights or any other losses due to delays. Please allow enough time if you need to transfer to another service.
Only 1,000 yen bills can be changed on the bus. Larger bills cannot be changed.

Only one-way tickets are available; there is no round-trip fare.
You may purchase your ticket from a ticket vending machine or pay by cash on board when you board the bus.
When boarding from Matsumoto Bus Terminal, tickets are also available on the day from the automatic ticket machine located in the waiting room.
Please note that the fare for the Airport Shuttle and the regular route bus (“Airport–Imai Line”) is different.
Suica, PASMO, and other IC transportation cards cannot be used.
