Meeting Point: The driver will meet you with a name sign at the airport, station ticket gate, or agreed location. Details will be provided in your reservation confirmation.

About our drivers: While our drivers may not be fluent in English, some have undergone English language training. We prioritize assigning these drivers to serve foreign guests. In case of communication difficulties, we will use a translation app to assist with communication.

Child Seats: While child seats are not required by Japanese law, we can provide them upon request.

Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi available (excluding UD and sedan taxis), but limited in quantity.
