For Daytime Bus

• There are no specific size or number restrictions for suitcase.
• However, since the luggage compartment (trunk) space is limited, we may not be able to accept multiple pieces of luggage, ski or snowboard equipment, bicycles, or other large items.
• Ski, snowboard, and snowshoe equipment must be placed in dedicated covers or bags.
• Bicycles must be disassembled and packed in a dedicated bag for assembly or folding bikes.

For Overnight Bus

• There are no specific size or number restrictions for suitcase.
• However, due to the very limited luggage space, we cannot accept large items such as ski or snowboard equipment or bicycles in the trunk. Please send such items to your destination in advance by courier service.

Important Notes for All Buses

• Depending on how crowded the bus is and the amount of luggage other passengers have, we may not be able to load your luggage. Trunk space availability can only be confirmed on the day of travel.
• If you are concerned about your luggage, we recommend sending it or your equipment in advance by courier service if possible.
• If advance shipping is not possible, you may reserve an extra seat at a child fare and use that seat for your luggage. However, even if there is space available in the trunk on the day of departure, we cannot refund the fee for a seat reserved for luggage. (For luggage placed on a seat, the total weight must not exceed 30 kg, the volume must be within 0.25 cubic meters, and the length within 2 meters.)

• Loading and unloading luggage is generally the responsibility of the passenger. Staff may assist in some cases.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss of your luggage.
