• 雖然時常有使用者反應信用卡無法使用，不過經確認後，通常系統皆有正常運作。因此建議聯絡信用卡發卡公司並使用別張卡，或是經過一段時間後再次嘗試。
• 線上預約時，若非日本的電話號碼不足9碼，請在電話號碼的最前方加上0，使其符合9至11位的要求。
• 線上預約系統與售票櫃檯的空位狀況相同，線上若無空位，售票窗口亦同。

• How to Board the Bus

After purchasing tickets online, you can confirm and make changes to the ticket type from the "My Reservation" page. There are two types of online tickets.

1. Mobile Ticket (Recommended):
Show the ticket on your smartphone screen when boarding.

• After completing your reservation and payment, click the "Send Mobile Ticket" button.
• A link to your mobile ticket will be sent to your registered email.
• If needed, you can log into the "My Reservation" page and click "Send Mobile Ticket" again to resend the ticket.

2. Web Ticket:
Print out the ticket and show it to the bus staff or driver when boarding.

• After purchasing a ticket online, click the "Display/Print Web Ticket" button.
• This will open the ticket for you to print.
• If needed, you can log into the "My Reservation" page and click "Display/Print Web Ticket" button again to resend the ticket.
