Lost Property Form

This Lost Property form is for bus users only.
If you lost or left an item at the hotel, please contact the hotel directly.

Important Information - Please read carefully and confirm your understanding:

  • Storage Locations:
    The location of where your lost item is stored depends on the bus route. If your item is found, we will notify you of the specific pickup location via email. The pickup location will either be at our bus depot or a bus terminal under our management.
  • Temporary Visitors:
    For those staying in hotels or Airbnb accommodations, please note that we cannot arrange delivery to your hotel or the nearest convenience store, even via cash-on-delivery. You must collect the item from the designated pickup location.
  • Item Retention Policy:
    In compliance with the law, we hold lost items for approximately one week. After this period, they are turned over to the police. If more than a week has passed since you lost your item, please contact the local police directly.
  • Bus Terminal Management:
    Please note that not all bus terminals are managed by Alpico. For lost items left at the following locations, please contact those facilities directly:
    • Takayama Bus Center
    • Hirayu Bus Terminal
    • Norikura Kogen Tourist Information Center
    • Sawando Bus Terminal
    • Nagano Station
    • Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal
    • Shinjuku Bus Terminal
    • Umeda Hankyu Bus Terminal
    • Shin-Osaka Bus Terminal
